Onkel Inn Wagon Sleepbox Uyuni

So I booked last minute thinking that I'll stay in a wagon for the mentioned price on ***********. when I arrived they showed me a room that wasn't a wagon but a 0.8m x 2m tiny room. I said that booking showed me a wagon. Then in details of the room there is a horrible picture (of course with such a tiny space it's impossible to take a picture decent enough for anyone to see clearly). I didn't want to pay such a price for this room and I requested an upgrade at a reduced price. The receptionist agreed to it. Then we signed the papers (see pictures attached saying that the payment was for 2 nights in the wagon) but early morning next day they said I have to move back to tiny room or leave the hotel. I do not agree to this behaviour where the owners agree to charge for upgrade then act as if they never received the money. This tells a lot about the management of how they treat their clients. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, ONCE PAID THEY GO BACK ON THEIR WORD. Never seen such a greedy administration in my 13 years of travel through 65 countries. It has ruined my experience in Uyuni. I also own couple of hotels and I do understand the complications they are facing when listing their property in *********** .I offered my help to set things clearly so that other travelers won't be facing this issue. But they clearly didn't want any help to be able to clarify their booking. When I started with *********** I too faced issues of people misunderstanding, but I took advice and rectified. These guys if they don't even take advantage of someone with knowledge about how to clarify their listing but fore to pay more. Since I feel bad about the owners just to be sure I asked the receptionist to come and have a loot at the room for damages or any possible suprise charges I might have. I took a video of the recipient stating that everything is ok.
