Room keeper changed tissue without washing the toilet/bathroom... checked in and toilet smelt of urine with visible urine stains on the toilet seat. They have a food menu but never have the meals listed...just noodles for breakfast... chicken was the only protein. Dirty curtains, bed sheets/duvet and room generally. Potter knocked the door at 6.30am for me to fill a form that should have been given to me when I checked in the previous evening!!!

I stayed in the facility for five working days, the staffs are very rude, saucy,and very lackadaisical about quality of service. Emrosy Hotel services are scam electrical faults in the room, bad toilets, towels are like rags. Food is not worth your monies.
