We have stayed very regularly at Premier Inns all over the UK from their inception and have always found the customer service to be consistently good. However, we stayed at the Uxbridge Riverside Premier Inn on Sunday 19th March 2024 and were amazed at the wonderfully warm welcome we received from Alison, the receptionist on duty at the time of our arrival. We had stayed at the same hotel during 2023 and had met Alison then but really didn't expect her to remember me and even my name! She also remembered our preferred room and that we had booked for Christmas last year but had to cancel! This is what I call Customer Service and Alison's overall friendly, helpful and efficient manner has proved second to none and is a major factor in my husband and I choosing to stay at the Premier Inn Uxbridge, Riverside whenever we are in the area. Thank you, Alison, hope to see you again very soon! I would also like to commend the receptionist on duty later that same evening but unfortunately didn't get her name. She too, was incredibly helpful and very willing to do anything we needed to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
