We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—some of the nicest we’ve encountered. A major bonus is the hotel's location, right across from Uxbridge station, making it super convenient for travelers.
The rooms are just the right size. We had four suitcases and were able to open them comfortably inside the room. The hotel also has an elevator, which was a big plus, and they offer daily room cleaning upon request.
Another highlight was their flexibility—since we’re heading to Scotland, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage, which made our trip much easier. Highly recommend staying here!

This is not the first time we are staying at this hotel.
We keep coming back as it is a fantastic hotel.
The staff are really professional, friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights at Uxbridge town centre premier inn. On arrival there was a disnled space outside the hotel which was great. Normal parking is based in pay and display/ paid parking as said on website. The room was lovely however slightly snug but as room was for mainly for sleeping this was absolutely fine with the 2 singles for the teens and a double for us. Sammy and the rest of the staff are so helpful and approachable. Due to a specialist diet they were very accommodating and happy to help.

Great hotel, special mention to Sammy who was absolutely excellent. Very welcoming, always at hand to help and great personality. Would definitely return. Food was great too and drink wasn’t too expensive, great place to stay as well as the metropolitan line is right next to the hotel
