My stay at SpringHill Suites was simply flawless! The room was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The location is excellent: safe, quiet, and with easy access to shopping, dining, and parking. A true haven of comfort and convenience — it exceeded all my expectations!

Room looked great but wasn’t
We had ants in the room, Tv wasn’t working for the first night. We had a random wet spot on the carpet that wasn’t taken care of. Toilet was not cleaned before we checked in and empty water bottles were found in the couch when we prepped it for a sleeper.

Customer service front desk Name Daniel was rude, combative, and blamed not having fruit, noises room and no business internet in the lobby as being due to 400 lacrosse team members taking up her time so she couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate us! The hotel is nice but Daniel needs retaining in customer service etiquette! We not recommend nor return here. We ended our stay 2 days early!

I would stay again!
The hotel was clean and quiet. I loved the design of the room. The sheets were fresh and the room smelled clean. The water pressure was good and the workspace in the room was convenient.
