Many restaurants nearby including McD. Recommended. Has a bus interchange close by. Tokyo Airport has direct bus to the bus stop just in front of this hotel as well. 40mins by Shinkansen to this place from Tokyo station. Even if you have work at Kitsuregawa, would suggest to stay in this place and take local train to commute.

It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The facilities are Daiwa Roynet Hotel standard. It is quiet and comfortable in a spacious room. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.

Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks.
