Outdoor hot springs across street @ the hotel. Convenience store style snacks available in the lobby. There are no restaurants in the hotel. Basic amenities so no hair conditioner, no bathtub. Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5

I stayed with my family in twin and single. The room was clean, quiet and I could sleep well. The parking lot was full from the night and many cars were guided to multiple parking lots, but in full condition, I contacted the front desk many times It was a situation where multiple parking lots were rolled 々 and vacant. I had a single night here and it was satisfactory. Located about 400 meters from Utsunomiya, this little hotel is clean and convenient. Of course the room was small as was the price, but that was fine. The staff were fine. I was a bit annoyed that the room's window could not be opened and the air con controls were a bit confusing but through trial and error, the air con was sorted. There are probably similar hotels a bit closer to the station but this was fine.

Super hotel is not the closest to the station or the city center but it is well worth the additional walk. Upon arrival, you don't get a key or a card, just a code. You also get to choose between various pillows, from the hard type filled with rice to the soft type, all in various heights. The rooms are functional, with a very small bathroom BUT there is also a very pleasant communal bath near the bar/ breakfast area. There is only one, so you need to identify which time slots are good for you : men and women don't use the facility at the same time. Last but not least, in case you need a taxi, two dedicated phones will quickly get you a driver from the companies that partner with the hotel. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommended!
