3-Star Hotels in Utsunomiya

We used this ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (see photo attachment with 21m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 160 cm). This ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ ﾙｰﾑ has three types (ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ, ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ､ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ) and ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ and ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ are also 18m2, ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140 cm, so you can feel relaxed as a general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ. It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The facilities are Daiwa Roynet Hotel standard. It is quiet and comfortable in a spacious room. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.

The hotel is not very new, but it is cleaned very clean, there is free coffee downstairs The room is very large, not as big as it has been in Japan. The service is in place: 1. I went to send my luggage first that morning. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the luggage was all sent to the room. 2. I didn't find the elevator when I went, there was an escalator, but down, the hotel staff immediately helped us change the escalator to the upper mode. 3. Unfortunately, I met a group of Japanese high school students who traveled. At 11 pm, I continued to scream in the room. Although it was the next room, the sound was terrible. After reacting downstairs with the staff on duty at night, he immediately went upstairs to deal with it. Unlike some hotels, I am not afraid to offend the guests. The only drawback is that although there are many washing machines, the high school students who travel are occupied, either washed or not put money in the washing machine, I hope that there are countermeasures to deal with this situation.

The hotel is relatively new, the location is very close to the JR station, and the facilities are very comfortable. I am very satisfied. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped me a lot. Thank you for their help.

Nice hotel in this location. Room is little more spacious than few other hotels in the same location. Staffs were friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed gives an excellent sleep. Breakfast option is good in the restaurant located within the hotel premises. Located within 5 mins walk from Utsunomiya station and to nearby eateries and restaurants.

I stayed overnight with my wife. This was my second stay. The staff were still polite. The room was clean but cheap, so the bed was very small and it was cramped to sleep with two people. We recommend choosing a room with a large bed. There are many restaurants and bars around, so it was convenient for eating and drinking. The parking lot is in the hotel, but it was full, so I parked in the hotel's affiliated parking lot about 4 minutes on foot. It was raining lightly, so I felt a little inconvenient.

Golden Week Chunichi. Use for one night at the relay point of the trip. Originally, I booked two rooms for four people. One family member couldn't come in a hurry and stayed in two rooms for three people. The front desk and other staff are very nice and the rooms are all new. Above all, the quality of the morning buffet is very high. All Japanese and Western are very delicious. Personally, I liked the grilled cherry blossoms. The coffee was also delicious without any miscellaneous taste in the taste of beans. The service of the staff was also very pleasant and I liked it. I didn't expect so much from the price, but the child was very happy and satisfied.

Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5

It was easy to spend overall. The walls were peeled off and the toilet was old, but the cleaning was very well done and there was no disgusting smell. It was good to be able to choose only the amenities 1 part and the thing that I wanted to use at the receptionist. However, one of the four tea packs of service products in the room was expired three months ago. Although it is a service product, it is a food, so I think it is better to be careful. I would like to use it again, but I expect it to be improved.

The current official name is Smile Hotel Utsunomiya Higashiguchi. Because a new store was built at the west exit, it was distinguished I felt that it was far from Higashiguchi (the shop was small). The twin non-smoking room I stayed is beautiful as if it was renewed, but the water is old. But you can see that you are cleaning well. The building was facing the hallway for a long time, and I was surprised at the bed as soon as I opened the door. The bathroom is very small! But I was convinced that there was a go to discount and I stayed cheaply. I was hard to find it on the day reservation. I was able to lend me a smartphone charger and was saved. There is no lady set such as basic cosmetics and brushes. I booked with one man and woman, but I don't need razor ２ books. The parking lot is a flat area a little far away. When you tell the front desk, the number is specified. Was it 750 yen? I wrote various negative points, but I have a feeling of satisfaction and cleanliness.
