Nice, clean business friendly hotel. Location is conveniently located close to JR Utsonomiya Station, with access to Shinkansen (high speed trains). Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Relaxing atmosphere, convenient location and helpful staff!

Hotel location is ideal, just 5 mins walk on the connecting bridge over from train station. It seemed not crowded when we checked in, and realised it’s next to their convention center so reckon the hotel is catered for business travelers. But it’s very convenient and it’s linked to a mall next door, readily with eateries and supermarket, shops. Hotel breakfast is so-so, variety is not that much and taste is average.

For a Regional area like Utsunomiya, I cannot help but rave about how amazing Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya is. Starting from the location; it’s not even 5 minutes from the station so if you have heavy suitcases; there’s barely any hassle to get to the hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In terms of the room, the room was very well maintained with elegant design and very cozy. Room size was sufficient enough and also very comfortable. And the breakfast is just amazing. Every day different soups and just delicious salads with super fresh fruit. 6 out of 5 on the breakfast. And lastly the service, just very very helpful and extremely polite and patient. Some understood English and some understood basic but with google translate it was a piece of cake. They also helped me transfer my luggage from their hotel to the next in another city. Overall just a 5 on 5 rating for every aspect of the hotel.

This hotel's main highlights are its proximity to the JR station and shopping arcade, making shopping and travel extremely easy. The overall experience was so positive that I will choose this hotel again! The location and excellent services make it an ideal choice for travellers.

Public bath and breakfast is nice.

It's close to the station, so even if it's raining you can walk under the roof, so it's safe. It's connected to a commercial facility, with a convenience store above and a supermarket below, and the cafes next to them were very stylish and nice! The hotel is clean and luxurious, and the bath on the top floor was the best! If I have the chance to go to Utsunomiya again, I'd like to come back!!!

The room was simple, clean and comfortable. I was looking forward to the Sky Spa bath. It was during the Obon period, but it wasn't very crowded and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. The open-air bath was very comfortable and open, and the view from the upper floors was also great. I had other plans so I didn't add the popular breakfast buffet, but I would definitely like to enjoy it next time.

The hotel is located at the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, only three minutes away. The hotel is located on Utsunomiya Terrace, with Daiso, convenience store, restaurant, and Cafe, which is very convenient. The hotel Reeption is located on the 13th floor with an open view, while the large bath and Laundry Room are located on the 14th floor. It is a pity that 3 of the 4 washing machines are damaged and the waiting time for washing is very long; however, all 4 dryers are functioning normally! However, next time I come to Utsunomiya, this hotel will still be my first choice!

The best thing about this hotel is the sky bath on the 14th floor, which has two indoor and outdoor pools and a sauna. It is so comfortable to soak in it after a day of walking. The hotel's breakfast is also good, and the window seats have a wide view. To create a newfound sensation as the one and only "4-star hotel"

The entrance had a luxurious feel, and the open-air bath was very comfortable. I would like to use it again when I come to Utsunomiya.

The room and the hotel were all very clean and wonderful. The breakfast was also very delicious, so I want to come back again!
