There is an elevator directly to the lobby at the side entrance of the hotel. We are deeply sorry that we cannot provide you with more detailed instructions. Air conditioning is centrally managed throughout the building, and only the air volume can be adjusted in the room. Although it is difficult to make immediate improvements, we will address this as a future issue.
