It's a nice hotel. It's quiet in the bustle. The room is spacious and the back is covered with a quilt cover instead of a sheet. The breakfast buffet with Japanese food downstairs is very popular, but the front desk didn't mention that the restaurant downstairs has a supper of sea bream tea and rice. , although the portion is small and the taste is mediocre, at least the front desk told me enthusiastically when I stayed in the main building the day before. Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.

This is the third time I've stayed here as a place for relatives from far away. I think it's in a great location, close to Utsunomiya Station and the hospital. This is the second time I've used the breakfast option. This time, they had a Western-style breakfast. There was a woman at the reception wearing a name tag saying she was on training, but she handled the situation without any problems. She also signed in smoothly on my behalf to check in. Thank you for your help. I'd like to use this hotel again in the future.
