Hotel Beijers

Though the room and location were fine, the experience was heavily impacted by very poor customer care. With my reservation I applied for the breakfast that would be provided on the premises. In the online FAQ I could find that the breakfast would be served in the room. As I needed to leave at 8:30 AM, I was hoping to have breakfast at any time between 7 and 8:15 AM, a broad timeframe I would say. As the morning of my stay arrived, soon it turned 8 AM and I called to inquire when and where the breakfast would arrive. I was quickly referred to a colleague who did not call me back. After calling once more, I was reffered again and nobody called. At 8.25 AM I had to leave so I needed to check-out. At the check-out counter nobody was available, so I called again and quick arrangements had to be made so that I could catch my appointment and find some breakfast. Afterwards I was e-mailed with the message that the breakfast was down the stairs and nobody was available for answers due to the fact that they were preparing breakfast. Why nobody could just tell me this, either on the phone at three different times or on their website baffles me. A fine experience in the room was eventually crushed by this terrible service. I strongly discourage my closeby friends and family to stay here, since the hotel can't seem to juggle the amount of customer they accomodate. They should do much better and I hope they will prove me wrong one day.

Modern duplex room type, suitable for young people. Good service. A bit out of the old city center but within walking distance. The surrounding environment of the nearby canal is excellent. recommend.
2L de Blend
4.2/545 Reviews
Hotel DeBlend is located across from the headquarters of Douwe egberts in a semi-industrial area of town, but was very quiet and very convenient. The air conditioning is a terrible inconvenience just like it appears to be in every other European hotel except for the hunfelt. You are not actually in control of the temperature of your room it just makes it a little more cool for a little more warm. You don't have any real control. We found it got a bit warm at night. It is a primarily self-service hotel, but the instances where we required human assistance, the staff were very kind and accommodating. The kitchen is very convenient feature for anyone staying more than a few days. We highly recommend 2L DeBlend.
Hotel Mitland

The hotel is located in the park, the environment is very beautiful, the room is spacious, there are wild geese, swans, ducks and other wild animals on the lake. The facilities and service quality are high. It is the only hotel that is surprisingly pleasant for this business trip. It is indeed 4 stars standard. It is also very convenient.
Grand Hotel Karel V

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located in walking distance of Hoog Catharijnen. Very attentive and welcoming staff, gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable beds. The rooms have complimentary bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast is first class and the dining area is stunning as is the rest of the building. There’s a small pool with a whirlpool and sauna. Everything is clean. There are plenty of towels and shampoo and shower gel available. We stayed for two nights/three days with 5 adults ranging from 20-56 year old.

Hotel service is good. 2nd floor of residential area, about 15 minutes walk from downtown When I first saw the building, I thought it was a cafe. It's an old building and it's practical, so the toilet and shower are We're going to use it as a minimum space. Clean and uncomfortable. It's completely different from the gorgeous hotel accommodations in the new city. I was satisfied. Nevertheless, the price is not cheap, so it's a bit unfortunate. Hotel breakfast is bread, coffee, apples and oranges
