I am greeted by a friendly staff and he nicely introduced all the facilities in the hotel and supermarkets nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Overall I am impressed!

The hotel is very good. Breakfast is plentiful. The room is large. The toilet and bath are separate.

The room facilities are very new, the TV is big, the bathroom is very clean, and coffee is provided. Parking is free, but you need to drive to the attractions. The breakfast buffet is relatively simple and there are not many varieties.

Awesome place! Locating within the mall and next to the train station and just 30mins train away from the airport. Lots of shopping in the mall! Only wish is for the gym to be larger with more equipments.

Location of hotel was fantastic , very near the train station . Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also good . Will stay here again if visit the city .

It is very close to the station and can be reached within a short walk. The surrounding business district is very convenient.

The hotel is stunning! The first moment when I walked in I thought I was going to a beautiful restaurant. There's a smart locker for my luggage as I arrive very early in the morning. Self-check-in is super easy, the staffs are super friendly. The pod room is super clean and quiet, the bed is MASSIVE and comfortable, love the smart control colour change light inside the pod. The storage area under the pod is very convenient and secure ( use the room key to open it). There are plenty of shower rooms and toilets so you don't need to line up for it. The water temperature and press are perfect, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are all available to use. I am super happy with the stay, sadly I didn't have the chance to try their food, but I am more than happy to come back to stay again and try the food and drink. BTW, it's only a couple minutes' walk from the Utrecht train station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops surrounded.

Great location, right in front of the station and very close to a big mall. The room condition was good, and having a swimming pool was a nice bonus. My only minor complaint was some mold on the silicone sealant in the shower stall. Breakfast was decent for a quick meal, and overall, it offered good value for money.

Schönes Hotel an einem Fluss gelegen mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber die Ausstattung ist schon etwas inbrünstig Jahre gekommen und sollten mal etwas modernisiert werden. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden mit diesem Hotel.
