"The hotel is stunning! The first moment when I walked in I thought I was going to a beautiful restaurant. There's a smart locker for my luggage as I arrive very early in the morning.
Self-check-in is super easy, the staffs are super friendly. The pod room is super clean and quiet, the bed is MASSIVE and comfortable, love the smart control colour change light inside the pod. The storage area under the pod is very convenient and secure ( use the room key to open it). There are plenty of shower rooms and toilets so you don't need to line up for it. The water temperature and press are perfect, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are all available to use. I am super happy with the stay, sadly I didn't have the chance to try their food, but I am more than happy to come back to stay again and try the food and drink.
BTW, it's only a couple minutes' walk from the Utrecht train station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops surrounded."

"The hotel is located in the park, the environment is very beautiful, the room is spacious, there are wild geese, swans, ducks and other wild animals on the lake. The facilities and service quality are high. It is the only hotel that is surprisingly pleasant for this business trip. It is indeed 4 stars standard. It is also very convenient."

"The coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself."

MMaeilkjGreat location, right in front of the station and very close to a big mall. The room condition was good, and having a swimming pool was a nice bonus. My only minor complaint was some mold on the silicone sealant in the shower stall. Breakfast was decent for a quick meal, and overall, it offered good value for money.

GGuest UserExcellent service and room was clean. Big TV, fridge to cool my own goods and very comfortable bed. Safe in the room and wi-fi quite good. Storing my suitcase after checkout in reseptionist controlled room and not just a room everyone can enter is a big plus. Simple breakfast that would need a better selection. Locked entrance after a late business dinner and no response ringing the door bell was the only negative experience. Needed to make a phone to get the door opened.

RRakeshGreat location. Close to lots of shops and easy access to the bus services. Off a busy street but room was quiet. Nice sized room with all the basic things you will need. I didn't have the breakfast but it is available for purchase separately and looked quite nice. Overall a lovely stay and would consider it again in the future.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious but the lighting was dim. It had its own kitchen and some simple cooking utensils, although I only used the coffee machine. The hotel is self-service check-in, but because it was booked on Ctrip, we had to manually ring the bell to summon the service staff to help us pay the city tax before we could check in. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was enough for one person.
