Hotel service is good.
2nd floor residential area, about 15 minutes walk from downtown
When I first saw the building, I thought it was a cafe.
It is an old building and is mainly for practical use, so the toilet and shower room are
I think they only use the minimum amount of space.
It's clean and there's nothing uncomfortable.
It’s completely different from the fancy hotel accommodations in the new city.
I was satisfied. Still, the price is not cheap, which is a bit disappointing. Hotel breakfast consists of bread, coffee, apples, and oranges.

It is located in a nice and calm neighborhood in Utrecht. The staff is very nice and helpful. They are reachable 24/7 if you need any help. The entrance is on the ground floor where you can find a small gastronomy. I enjoyed my stay and overall I’m happy I chose them

Honestly, a 10/10 experience! We were met by a very open and friendly host who fixed everything for us, despite us checking in in the middle of the night. We immediately received all our necessities and were told that we can just come to the reception if we needed any more help or items. The rooms itself were spotless and big (which is very rare when checking in with a family of 5!). The room we stayed in had a private bathroom which included a shower and a toilet, which both were clean of course. The hotel is in the heart of Utrecht, close to everything. It takes no time to travel from the hotel to the city Centre and other lively parts of the city. Long story short, my family and I had a great experience from the first till the last second, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and book our next stay in Utrecht here!

Delighted by the hotel, we only used it for conference facilities but the food, service and ambiance was very good. Location excellent. Staff, especially door staff very good.The cleaning was very nice.Thank you.

Stayed for business just for 4 night. Absolutely amazing and seamless service.Lovely swimming pool area.Great and attentive staff at the lower bar area. But especially I can say that the pool is amazing,

We absolutely loved our stay here! We booked a double room, but a free upgrade to the suite was made upon arrival! The staff was very polite and helpful, and the rooms were in excellent condition. Jul: It was clean and everything was as it was said.
