The room was friendly and comfortable, the reception friendly. I appreciated the handwritten welcome cards (beautiful handwriting :-)).

6 night stay - bad service. One day, they forgot room service. They didn't empty trash boxes, and we couldn't fit more stuff into them. On the last day, they were short staffed, and we waited over 40 minutes for our breakfast. Now they sent breakfast bill as if we had 5 breakfasts on Friday - the other days seem to match.

Lovely space, with very nice decor and caring staff! It was a bit small, but well made. This is if you go for the small room option, there are also other rooms to choose from.

Stayed for a few nights as a surprise for my wife. Great hotel and well appointed, beautiful styling and very attentive & friendly staff. Were give an free upgrade as it was my wifes birthday which was a nice touch.

It was great. Very beautiful hotel and stylish interior. We also loved the light concept in the room. The renovation was really worth it, as we found out through the magazine in the lobby. We were given a -1 level room, although I had asked for an upper level room during reservation, but luckily, we were able to change the Room. Much appreciated! Young and kind staff. We will recommend the hotel and hopefully be back one day. All the best

Very nice hotel, tasteful decoration and friendly hosts. Family room was spacious and very clean. Big bathroom. Nice location in quite area, walking distance from city centre.

Lovely space. Helpful staff. Quiet the way I like it. Staff helped me figure out my way around town. Enjoyed the backyard patio space. Easy walk to many places.

The room was super cozy and very aesthetic. The bed was also very comfortable and we even had a terrace which contributed to the lovely atmosphere. We felt welcomed immediately by the staff! Would definitely recommend and go back anytime!!
