このホテルに泊まるために、またユトレヒトを訪れたいなと思うほど、素敵なホテルでした。
ユトレヒト中央駅からは徒歩で15分ほどの距離ですが、街自体が歩きやすいので、個人的にはあまりその点は気になりませんでした。（ユトレヒトの観光スポットも徒歩圏内です）
お部屋はメゾネット式のような形で、深めのバスタブがありました。インテリアやアメニティにもホテルのこだわりを感じられました。
フレッシュフルーツが用意されていたり、朝ごはんもシンプルですが、とても美味しかったです。
そして、何よりもホテルのスタッフさんもとても親切でした。
また、ユトレヒトを訪れた際は、是非ZIESに泊まりたいなと思っています。

The hotel and associated wine bar are clearly a labor of love for Francis, the owner. He has taken care of every detail and left nothing to chance. Our room was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and breakfast was terrific. We would stay there again, for sure.

Cute, quaint hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Can be lots of stairs! Glad we stayed and we recommend highly. Breakfast put into your room the night before so you eat whenever you want. Nice touch. Check in is 2:30 so make arrangements prior if you'll be earlier.

A fabulous small boutique hotel. There are lots of lovely features in this refurbished old building and the attention to detail is outstanding. It's only a 5 minute walk to the hotel from Tram stop Vaartsche Rijn, one stop from Utrecht Central Station. Twijnstraat is full of independent shops and restaurants and it's a lovely walk into the city centre along the canal. The bedroom was very comfortable with lots of lovely additional free extras such as a Nespresso coffee machine. Highly recommended.

We stayed three nights at this hotel and I would not stay here again. We came during hotter temperatures and I chose this hotel because it said it had ac. The ac was terrible! The room never got below 77 degrees until the city cooled off at midnight and you could open the doors, and then the noise kept us up past 3 am. The first night I sought help from seemingly the only employee for both the restaurant and the hotel, who spent about an hour trying to “reset” the ac but it never worked. I slept terribly all three nights. The doors to the bathroom are see through so there is no privacy when using the toilet or showering. The “balcony” was tiny and overlooked other buildings and had no view (just blazing hot sun). Even the bedside nightstand was about 8 inches in diameter and held basically nothing. Location was good. Staff, which was sparse and largely unavailable, was very nice.

Fantastic helpful staff! Fun room with large balcony was better than we imagined. Light and bright. Quiet, comfortable, restful. Great bathroom with tub and large shower. Fruit in the room daily. Situated not far from a train station where we rented bikes. Market and restaurants just steps from the small hotel. Short walk to center of town with plenty of shops along the way. We dined at the hotel. Small portions and wine pours but delicious with a great waitstaff! Would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Boutique Hotel situato in centro città in una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico e vicino ai canali. Lo staff è molto gentile e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Unica pecca, in camera era un po' freddo... Non servono la colazione ma offrono uno sconto da utilizzare in un caffè vicino. Ci tornerei!
