Thank you for a wonderful stay with family of over 30 people and helping us plan the entire event. A special mention of Isha at the front desk who took good care of us and addressed all our queries and put all our family at ease with her quick thinking and efficiency. Also Vincy from the Reservations team who we were in touch with from the beginning and who made everything go as per plan. It was easy communication at all times and we were happy with the prompt support we always received from the reservations team. Some feedback if you would like to consider would be the mattresses in the room which were quite soft and difficult for us to sleep on - my husband slept on the floor all 3 nights as he has back issues. But it may be a personal preference. The breakfast was average for me - there were no signs or mention that bacon was available which was disappointing as we missed out on it. A bit of late checkout for some of our guests if possible would have been appreciated. But we understand that you had a destination wedding happening. All in all would definitely recommend the property for its wonderful staff, proximity to the beach and the pool experience. Regards, Chelsea

From check in everyone was courteous n kind, nothing was too much trouble The food in the restaurant , well what can I say it was awesome new varieties everyday at breakfast & dinner, no repeats in 5 days so much choice , vegetarian choice was really good Sam the chef was an amazing guy , made the time to come n chat to every table most nights asked if you wanted anything in particular, never had this level of personal engagement from the chef in any restaurant Thank you Sam we had some amazing food Pool area was always kept neat & clean Towels available Bar drinks were nice nothing was too much trouble , extra water,towels Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable

Our stay at this hotel is truly amazing experience. If anyone want pure relaxation and family time near the beach, this is what one should look for. Would like to congratulate the entire staff for maintaining such a beautiful property. Every staff is welcoming, helpfull.Food specially morning breakfast and buffet dinner is mouthwatering yet healthy. Specially thank Head Chef Sam, who tirelessly made sure each one of the guests happy.We specially liked all the Goan cuisines- xacuti, goan fish curry, dudhi in goan masala.We have with us, two seven years kids and never have any problem with the dishes. The star of the show is I think pool side and sunken bar, creates chill vibe. Nicely maintained by pradeep.Beach is walking distance. Recommended for families.

Very kind staff. Flawlessly built property. Amazing time very fun time we had beach was well maintained with lifeguards and alot of activities within the resort. Food was also good and Isha provided amazing and kind service and Chef Sams dinner was too good. He was very sweet

We had our wedding at Royal Orchid Goa and honestly… it was PERFECT. From the moment we checked in, the entire team made us feel like we were their top priority. Every little thing we needed - last min changes, small requests, big requests, random “can we do this?” moments - they were right there, smiling and ready to help. The staff overall was just amazing. So polite, so supportive, and genuinely happy to be a part of our big day. You can feel the warmth in everything they do. A VERY special shoutout to Eldrhea and Isha - they were really really helpful throughout this whole experience. They were available all the time, always just a call or message away. Even during their busiest moments, they never hesitated to help us. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, helping family members, managing room issues, or just calming our guests - they handled everything with so much care. They’re the kind of people who make you feel safe and supported even in the middle of wedding chaos. Every detail was looked after, the accommodations were super comfortable, and the overall hospitality was on great. Our families loved the stay, the vibes were amazing, and the whole experience just felt smooth and stress free. If you’re planning a wedding in Goa - seriously, Royal Orchid Goa is the place. We live in the United States so there was no way for us to see the space in person before finalization, but we’re glad we took the leap of faith with this place. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our special day truly unforgettable.
