Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Goa

Very nice place to stay with family ..good location , nice staff. But recreational activities ike cycling , fun zone for are paid . These kind of activities in a 5 star resort should be complimentary for the kids.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not many places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Apart from the staff at the reception (during check-in and check-out) the rest of the staff is amazing and quite helpful. One big issue with the hotel is that there are stairs everywhere so if you are traveling with a toddler+stroller it can be a pain to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Apart from that, the hotel restaurants and staff there are amazing. Both the food and the service. I'd definitely stay there again and hope the staff at the reception is more accommodating in the future (instead of being insanely SOP driven)

We had booked it for 3 nights at Kenilworth Goa. On day 1, there was a group booking done and it was too much of a crowd. We were offered a shift of resort to another 5 star property to avoid noise for a day. We agreed to it and they had arranged a transfer ***** with their staff accompanying us. Kriselle ensured It was a smooth checkin process there. Next day, we wanted to come back early to the resort, they had room arranged already and we got an upgrade to ocean view room. Thanks to Katie the manager and Veena. Kriselle again came back to the resort to pick us up. It was such a feel good factor to show that ur family is not left dangling somewhere. In the resort, we wanted to celebrate my son’s birthday and asked for a room decorations and cake. They had a surprise to us, cake was given ***** with the gifts and greeting cards that made my sons day. Thanks to the wonderful gesture from kenilworth. Property is huge and maintained well. Pool is big and Rajesh is kind over there who takes care of the pool. Staff and services are just awesome and unmatched to any of the 5 star resorts we have been to in the past. We enjoyed the food and restaurant staff is kind as well. Special thanks to Kriselle who ensured that all our requests are addressed with utmost care. Her hand made birthday greeting to my son is very well appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful stay in Kenilworth and would definitely recommend others to consider to experience the 5 star hospitality. We are taking back home loads of memories. Want to thank each of the staff members who made this happen. Mainly Kriselle, Katie, Veena and another lady who takes care of the kids activity section. We definitely look forward to come back to Kenilworth again.
