Do not rent here, horrible people. Refused to give a refund despite having heart surgery and requesting to cancel well in advance of the stay. Refused to even allow reschedule or anything, just took the deposit. After trying to find other couples to join or take our place they were unwilling to reopen the reservation.

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write my review! October 2022 my husband and I celebrated our marriage with our closest friends and family. Such an amazing weekend, the accommodations were perfect. Not a single person in our party complained, all were very impressed with every cabin, the barn and the breathless views. Definitely will be going back! Thank you Utopia River Retreat!
