Great place with a lot of amenities and the place does feel really classy. It's like a resort it has swimming pools, gym, arcade, great restaurants etc. But the downside I would say is that even though it may be a 5 star hotel the rooms do not feel like a 5 star and more like a 3 star they dont provide toiletries just a squishy shampoo/ body wash that you normally find in a 3 star. Overall it's a great place but they need to make their rooms more like the rest of the hotel.

This review is not for the hotel but for the spa. I was staying at the Grand Lubicz but had a spa trea**ent here because I thought there was a better selection of options at Hotel Lubicz. I had the scrub, mask and massage with Andrew. The whole experience was excellent. The front desk staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Andrew also spoke good English, was very professional, clean and an excellent masseuse. The 120 min trea**ent was very reasonably priced compared to what I would have paid in the US. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Booked in on a DBB basis. Had a suite as it was the only room left. This cost around £125 per night! Which is amazing value. The room was a two bedroom suite with a lovely bathroom. Clean, fresh and very comfortable. Staff were amazing and the food very good. They take Covid 19 seriously with gloves and masks mandatory for breakfast. Easy access to forests and beech makes it a perfect place to stay. And best of all the resident cat Lucjan!!!
