Last year we found this hotel for the first time as an uncomplicated, clean place with friendly staff. The hotel is well located in a quiet town with beautiful surroundings, but still close to Zurich. That's why it was our choice for this year, too.

This hotel is a perfectly average place to stay all things considered. Not more but also no less. Plus: It is clean and recently renovated. It is also close to the train station. Minus: noise from the busy train line just across the street (esp. a problem in hot weather when you need to open windows (no AC/fans)). Slow response time from management, outdated check in machine that’s cumbersome to use.

- Tilia is located in very nice location. Very close to USTER train station. Very convenient to go to Zurich. - Rooms are very clean and nice. - Self check in machine is super efficient and simple. - 24/7 Coffe is available by machine - Good choice of restaurants & PUB are nearby

Streamlined, automated check in. Clean, functional room. Good mattress. Unfortunately, there's a train track 30 meters from the room so you can hear the rumble every 15 minutes Also, the internet kept disconnecting every couple of minutes.

Chambre confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les croissants en libre-service permettent de bien commencer la journée. Une machine à café dans le couloir (chambres en face de la réception) et une bouilloire seraient un plus pour les gens qui restent plusieurs nuits.

Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt, Preis Leistung Top, kann jedem auch nur empfehlen den Tiefgaragenplatz( wenn Anreise mit Auto) direkt mit zu buchen. Unser Sohn hatte genug Platz und die Betten sind sehr Komfortabel.

Soggiornato solo per una notte ma, assolutamente da consigliare. Camera spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort unitamente ad un arredamento moderno e funzionale. Pulizia ineccepibile e prenotazine ed accesso alla struttura di facile comprensione. Considerando il servizio offerto, prezzo più che ragionevole. Tornerò sicuramente.
