My family stayed at Dedeman Oskemen for 2 nights in January 2021. The whole stay was good, the staff was helpful, friendly and caring. We booked 2 rooms- deluxe double room and deluxe suite. Rooms were very clean, very comfy beds. My only concern was about lighting , not enough of sunlight getting into both rooms. Room service was pretty fast and delicious. Also, we really enjoyed the local restaurant downstairs! Great menu, very nice food! I would give it 10/10. p.s: I wish there was a swimming pool and spa area at the hotel. Maybe in future this options will be available. :) p.p.s: forgot to mention an excellent location just near the riverbank.

New hotel, good in all aspects, service is very warm, health is also very clean The fly in the ointment is that the service is not professional enough. The front desk English is not good enough and I don't understand the keywords. The heating is gone. I called the front desk three times and who wants to ask others. I don't know how to open it. Finally, I know that the city is not warmed. There are many flying insects in the room, and the front desk has no way
