Впечатление неодназначное. Отель с хорошим ремонтом, приятными обходительными сотрудницами на ресепшн и горничными, но хамкой-администратором по имени Оксана, которая разговаривает с тобой как в однозвездочной гостинице фразами "вы, мужчина!" вместо имени, на повышенных тонах, при этом, когда я сказал- "как вы разговариваете со мной? я могу написать отзыв по вашей работе", ответила- "да пишите что хотите" Вот и пишу. Заплатил 23 тысячи рублей за 2 дня пребывания и считаю что за такие деньги мог получить хотябы отсутствие хамства. Не рекомендую этот отель и сам больше в нем останавливаться не буду.

Отель необычный, не большой, находится в историческом здании. Вначале даже не сообразить что это отель. Двухэтажный, лифта нет. Проживал здесь целую неделю в 2-х категориях номеров. На 2-м мансардном этаже номера поменьше и с косой крышей (окно только в крыше), это вызывает определенные неудобства. На 1-м этаже номера обычные и с окнами. В номерах чисто. Есть холодильник, чайник, чай,кофе, бутилированная вода, тапочки, халат, вай-фай. Завтрак слабенький. На 1-м этаже в кафе. Цены в кафе приемлемые, есть бизнес ланч. Персонал хороший. До центра примерно 1 км.
