Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stay at your own risk. When we first walked into the room the door was wide open without using our key card for entry. We thought this was weird and made sure that this could be locked. Upon entering we noticed questionable marks on the covers and had to turn this the opposite way so it wasn't against our face. Every time house keeping came in they did not lock the door afterwards. We told reception about this and they said they would sort it out. The following day our room was still unlocked after housekeeping. We complained to reception again but they did not speak English and had to use Google translate to flag that management is based in Buenos Aires. We spoke to the management team and they were not able to help apart from saying they will speak to housekeeping staff again. We wanted to cancel the rest of our stay but this was not possible. If you value cleanliness and privacy do not stay here.

We had a very good service. It was clean and soundproof. I would recommand this hotel very well located. The ****** and the restaurants are nearby. They had a very easy parking to use. Excellent ratio quality/price. My friends and I would come back to this hôtel

Not the best experience. The first room had blood on the bed cover and sheet (photo attached). The reception staff moved us to a new room but it didn’t get better. The room was boiling as the heating was stuck on high and the double bed was broken and squeaked like crazy every time you moved. So we had to try and sleep with the window open but unfortunately all you could hear was traffic. They did offer another room at 1AM but it was equally warm and the climate control just didn’t work. The breakfast was poor with nothing left when we went down there even though we were early. Staff were responsive though just not a great experience.

The location is very convenient (just a couple of minutes from the grocery store, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops). The staff was ok but didn't particularly stand out. The room was clean and simple. Nothing too fancy (no safe). Not sure if all of them but my room was facing the sea which was very pleasant. WiFi was available in the room but could be better down in the lobby. Totally ok for a couple of days/nights to spend in Ushuaia.

Hello, if you can, do not go to this hotel, it is a disaster, the cleaning is disgusting. They don't sweep, they don't clean the bathroom, they don't clean it, they don't change the sheets in your room, the receptionists don't solve anything for you, it's like you're talking to the wall. They don't give you any attention, nor do they solve anything for you and on top of that they are rude. To enter the hotel is from 2:30 p.m. They tell you it's because they wash the sheets and towels. but they don't do any of that. disaster. We only stayed a few days and it was a very bad experience.......you tell him if they can turn down the heating and he answers if it's already turned off. You arrive from the excursion and your room is an oven. I HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU

Good hotel. Very clean and neat. I would recommend unifying the quilting of the rooms. Also have more hangers since in Ushuaia it is essential to have a coat and probably more than one. The girls at the reception are very friendly. Same as the breakfast guys.

One of the girls got hit, they didn't give her ice. Today I asked for a knife to cut an avocado, they didn't give me one. The heat in the rooms is enormous and uncomfortable. Half a hair everything (being kind)

Sober hotel, quite new, remodeled bathrooms, everything very clean, correct breakfast, sometimes more varied, but more than enough for Argentinians. Delicious croissants. What needs to be improved: the bedding was worn. A LOT to improve: affability, warmth and flexibility of the reception staff. I found it a little inconsistent that the breakfast end time (10 am) is exactly the same as check out.

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of the Brasileiros agency in Ushuaia, the disappointment didn't even last 5 minutes. Hygiene is not the place's strong point Room with dirty bathroom, there was hair and fur from other guests on the floor. Dirty towels. There were stray dogs in the hotel cafeteria, the staff were laughing and didn't mind the animals being there. I thought it was terrible that this type of place was recommended by the travel agency.
