I enjoy my stay here. The short work to the beach with a spectacular view. Although a little far away from the pier but with free shuttle and reasonable price taxi, there is not an issue. Breakfast is simple but good enough for me.

An amazing hotel with lovely views. The restaurant was really nice and catered for all dietary needs. The hotel also has access to a private beach which was lovely. It is around a 10-15 min drive from the centre but the hotel does have a shuttle service, the times aren’t brilliant but taxis are not very expensive.

Fantastic location. From room one can see snow laden peaks of Andies and from lobby water bodies. Food is so good. Loved corn starch and lamb roast. Staff very cooperative. It is an unforgettable experience. I don't remember more scenic dining hall of any hotel I have visited so far.

Very beautiful view. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is on a bluff and has a wonderful view of the channel. Breakfast was good and the the dining room has spectactular views to enjoy while dining. Staff was very friendly and nice. The landscape is well done and beautiful.

Very good choice for Ushuaia. We arrived very early and there was no problem getting the room that early. Wonderful grounds with fantastic views and a private access to the coast. Comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the good breakfast with the great bread selection.

I will say that the bed I was in was very comfortable. But that was about it. We were there with a group of friends and we stayed there for three days. They say it's a three star hotel but it's below that. The rooms are very old and the walls thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations and their TV. There was an altercation with the couple next to me. They were incredibly loud and disrespectful and started a fight with one of our friends. The hotel didn't do anything about it and I had to leave for the night as I was scared to stay there. I felt unsafe. The hotel refused to refund me or make the disrupted couple leave. The food at the hotel was bad. The breakfast was boring and bland. There are no spa facilities. There are no other amenities. The views from the hotel are nice but it's far from restaurants and the city. The hotel manager didn't seem care that we brought them some major business and our tour guide was not happy with their service. We will definitely not being staying there.

The restaurant dinner was genuinely fabulous - Michelin worthy. Mushroom risotto followed by a beef tenderloin that was 6 inches high and grilled to perfection. After that, a chocolate fondue with fruit and profiteroles! This is why I gave the hotel five stars. Had it not been for that meal, it would have earned 4. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms is virtually nonexistent. This fact takes away from the beautiful view over the Beagle Channel. Service at the hotel was also very good with one big exception, a rather sullen woman (shania or something like it) greeted us on the fist day with absolute apathy and was never pleasant after that. The balance of the staff are great. But if you choose not to stay any the hotel, eat at the restaurant. It is worth the trip.

The hotel has spacious, clean rooms and the view is beautiful. The hotel offers a good and varied breakfast, so there's something for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful, both during the day and (particularly) at night. The hotel is far from the center, so taxis are a must as the hotel shuttle service is not frequent. Had a wonderful time and wish I could've stayed longer.

Three stars hotel, clean, good service, amazing vienes,confortable bed and pillots, great continental breakfast. They only Bad could be they Shutter was not with good frecuence but a taxi is just close to $2000 pesos.
