スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、エルカラファテの滞在がとても良い思い出になりました。自転車やサウナも無料で楽しめましたし、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。布団はペラペラで寒く、風邪を引いてしまったので何か対策が取れると嬉しいです。

While the hotel was lovely and very well decorated the room was very cold the second day and night. It was so uncomfortable you had to stay under the bedcovers to watch TV. Everything else was really good.

Everythibg great. Impressive brekafast. Only iss was that the bed sheet was too small foe the mattress. Could not be tucked under matress so made sleeping uncomfortable.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helped us secure a care rental that was dropped off right at the hotel. Stunning views from restaurant. Highly recommended.

The beds were so comfortable and i enjoyed the hot showers! Basic hotel with everything you needed. Very good value andall the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Great location too. But the best part of the hotel was the breakfast room/ cafe on the 4th floor. Excellent views n hot chocolate- what could be better! I would definitely book here again.

We really appreciated the one bedroom apartment. Breakfast was ok and rooms were comfortable.

Too long a walk to the city center...
