Great location, spacious and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, the dock and taxis. Marcela was wonderful in coordinating and suggesting restaurants. Great experience overall.

We were able to park on the street. The host met us to check us in. The bachelor apartment is close to everything so we only used the car to drive to the park and north view points. HDMI cable in unit allowed us to relax later at night with some streaming shows. Unit has a boiler and radiator for heat and hot water.

Very convenient location, with restaurants, grocery store and taxi stand all close by. The noise was not as bad as one might have expected, although the curtains did not totally block the lights from the street. The place was very spacious and clean, and the WiFi worked great.

Our stay was excellent! The owner reserved a van for us to pick us up at the airport. He then gave us a warm welcome and explained everything we needed about the apartment.
He was always available for any questions we had and made reservations for us in the best companies for excursions.
The apartment is very well located in the center of Ushuaia, close to different attractions that can be done on foot. It is surrounded by traditional restaurants and sweet shops. The area is very safe. It is very clean and very bright. The attention of the cleaning staff is also excellent. A stay in the Tower Building is highly recommended.
