단점.
1. 인터넷이 느립니다. 방 와이파이 비번 물어보면 알려줌
2. 기본 물을 안주는데 이건 이동네가 다 그런거 같아요.
3. 더블룸 요청했는데 트윈룸 줌. 이건 트립닷컴에서 제대로 전달이 안되는듯.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is convenient on a major avenue through Ushuaia. It is well maintained and clean, and our room (king) had plenty of space including a good sized bathroom. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served upstairs in the Buena Vista restaurant and had good variety and good quality. The views of the port and town are very pleasant. You can enjoy a drink there as well. We did not eat at the restaurant but I heard positive comments. From this location you can walk to almost all of the Ushuaia center city restaurants and shops, including those along the harbor side. I have just one critical comment. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo. There was no grab bar in the shower and the tub had a fairly high step over. This was not a problem for us but could be for those who may be less mobile. I suggest an inquiry when booking. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location on the main street, close to shops and restaurants. However, the rooms are small and very noisy. There is no sound insulation, and we could hear the people in the next room as well as street noise and loud screaming from a bar across the street all night. We ended up getting earplugs to sleep for the remaining nights. I would have checked out, but the room was prepaid. We asked for a late checkout on our last day, as our Antarctica cruise did not leave until 3 p.m., but they wouldn't let us stay even 1 extra hour without paying. On the plus side, views from our 3rd floor room were incredible. The breakfast room/restaurant on the 4th floor has expansive views of the ocean and harbor. The breakfast was very good. I wish that they improve the soundproofing of the rooms.

It is not clean, the internet is bad and the staff is not helpful at all. The breakfast is not good. The lower floors of the hotel are noisy. We stayed in December 2024 and were not satisfied. We also had to change hotels due to a gas leak. We also paid for the taxi ourselves.

Nice hotel. Modern and clean. The room was great with a balcony and nice view. The bed was roomy and super comfortable. Firm which I like. Soft beds hurt my back. Big TV and a mini-bar. No counter space in the bathroom, but that's normal for low to mid-range hotels. Walls were a bit thin.. I could hear the TV in the adjoining room and could hear water noises in the walls from the plumbing but these things were relatively minor. Great location right on the main street downtown. The staff was very kind and helpful. Never tried the restaurant in the hotel so I wouldn't know how the food was, but overall I was happy with my choice and my stay.

Stayed at the Lennox recently and enjoyed my stay! Pros: - amazing location that’s central to everything and easily navigable even with snow (better than being uphill which makes transitting the city harder) - great breakfast and views - easy checkin and pleasant staff - bathtub was heavenly after active days Cons - room heater was way too strong and room had terrible air circulation - booking was a bit of a struggle but it may have been a communication barrier - walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors including screaming children - beds are hard/firm but pillows are great

Good quality hotel in excellent location on main street Room comfortable although would have appreciated a kettle and basic refreshments with free bottled water Maybe offer free refreshments in afternoon with cake/biscuits? Breakfast was ok although limited choice Dinner was delightful Lounge area good especially helpful staff ensuring able to watch football Staff helpful and friendly
