The performance was very shocking and there were a lot of smiles. It was an experience to be neighbors with horses. Although the soundproofing of the room was not good, But it’s great to be able to see the sweaty BMWs. The ecological park is too big. I stayed there for two nights and I still don’t understand why I have to take the elevator to the fourth floor to enter the guest room. The fourth floor is a flat ground with a racecourse, which is like a maze, but Very interesting

Let me tell you about my living experience. A family of four drove by themselves, full of yearning for Urumqi, and chose this hotel after thousands of choices. Although the reviews were mixed, I still confirmed this hotel and called in advance to describe it. My request (two rooms next to each other) is because I brought my children to the hotel and checked in smoothly. There was hair in the place where the shower gel was placed in the bathroom, and the noise of the air conditioner reached the limit all night. I wanted two bottles of bottled water the next day. , I was told that the four bottles of water in the room are free, and you need to pay for it. I have stayed in N hotels, and it is unheard of to spend money to refill the water. Check out quickly and leave!

The room facilities are very new, warm and comfortable, the bed is of moderate softness and hardness, and sleeping is comfortable. There is a Xiaodu smart speaker in the room, which can open the TV and curtains with voice. There is a Xiaomi humidifier on the bedside, and the room lighting is warm. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, especially the front desk service guy who was warm and sincere and deserves praise. Fruits and snacks are placed at the entrance to the elevator on each floor, making it easier for travelers who check in later to feel at home. It's not far from the International Grand Bazaar and Diwopu Airport. It takes more than 20 minutes by taxi.

When I go out and cross the overpass, I reach the entrance of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is very convenient. It is also close to the station and subway station. The service is very considerate. The takeout is delivered to me by the sister in the lobby downstairs. The takeaway person does not enter the elevator. The smell of cigarette smoke lingers in the room I live in. It's cold even if I open the window. It's clearly marked as a non-smoking room, but there are always some unqualified people smoking in the room. The heating suddenly went out in the middle of the night. But it was past two o'clock at that time. When I called the front desk, they answered the call in seconds. The security guard downstairs immediately came to take a look. He then went down to help me deflate the air and take another look. When I saw that it was late, I stopped bothering and didn't let him. Call me again and turn on the air conditioner. It's not freezing, but it's a little dry. It's a good experience to go out alone and be cared for by the staff. It feels like home.

一個人出差住的很舒服，前台辦理入住很快，酒店裝修很有特色，房間設施齊全，房間採光也很好，洗漱用品也齊全，洗髮水的味道好聞，床品也很舒適。衞生打掃及時，住的舒心，酒店位置也很好，距離機場和高鐵站都很近，旁邊貴州路有一個這裏很火的拌麪叫“歹歹的加個麪”很好吃，但是中午要排隊，還有個商場和大超市在一起逛買很方便，下次來新疆還會選擇這裏！非常推薦！！

He was professional and enthusiastic, and the service was thoughtful and careful. He paid great attention to the check-in experience, responded to every request, and provided one-stop service. The service was full marks, and I was very satisfied! No matter where I met the staff in the hotel, they would greet me warmly, and I felt the enthusiasm of the staff's service! The hotel lobby not only has a very strong Western style, but also exquisite murals covering the entire lobby, which are very suitable for taking pictures and are very beautiful! The gym on the fifth floor of the hotel is also open all day! The facilities and equipment are complete, and there are many various shops around, which can satisfy shopping and eating. The price of the hotel is medium-level, the location is excellent, and several travel agencies for day trips are mainly docked. I really want to give the hotel a five-star praise, but I will not be able to say at least the facilities are not up to it! Free breakfast during the National Day, this is a bright spot; Cleaning in time, the front desk service is warm. Facilities: water pipe leaks, TV can't be turned on, book a room for many days, go out in the morning, come back at night can't open the door, every time you have to swipe the card on the first floor to enter, I hope the hotel can improve the hardware facilities better.

I visited this hotel for a total of 3 nights over a couple of weeks. Each time I arrived late and left early. So to be perfectly honest I cannot give a thorough review of the Hotel and Amenities. Check in was smooth, checking passports and health codes delays things, but it is a necessary requirement at the moment. My rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. I had views over the suburbs and one over the nearby buildings. Breakfast was good quality buffet on the occasion I was able to eat. A wide variety of food options to suit all types of travelers. Do not anticipate a big plate of Bacon if you are expecting a Western full breakfast however. Swimming pool was closed according to a disappointed travel companion.Downstairs bar area was often unattended. But there is a shop in the parking area just outside to the left, selling basic soft drinks and beer and snacks, if you cannot get bar service. Check in staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, but others in my group complained ”too hard” or ”too soft” that really is a personal preference. Location, there is a huge shopping complex literally outside the hotel, cross the car park and enter a huge complex (you will be on the 5th floor) that caters for almost any need that I could think of. Restaurant area and night spots were a 10 - 15 minute ride away in a taxi. But there was what looked like a night market and Plaza at street level outside the hotel. I never got to check it out. If I stayed at Urumqi again I would probably choose a cheaper place closer to the airport. When all I needed was a bed the extra travel time and cost is not worth it. If staying several days I would choose this hotel again. That is honestly all I can contribute.
