It's the first time I stayed here, and I came here after doing a lot of strategy. I saw people saying it was boring and noisy, but I think it's okay. The ladies at the front desk are very nice, and Sister Kang has a very good attitude 👍🏻 and even changed me to a quieter place! I'm really excited 💗After I check in, there are toiletries and bath supplies, which are a bit beyond my imagination, but I have them all, very satisfied! It is very convenient. It is very convenient whether you are flying, wanting to eat or shopping in the supermarket. Friends with limited budget or catching a flight the next day should not hesitate! Go straight! Tolerable for one night~

The service is very good. Special thanks to the concierge guy. This hotel was recommended by a friend. As a horse lover, I mainly came to see the Sweat Horse. The performance was very shocking and there were a lot of smiles. It was an experience to be neighbors with horses. Although the soundproofing of the room was not good, But it’s great to be able to see the sweaty BMWs. The ecological park is too big. I stayed there for two nights and I still don’t understand why I have to take the elevator to the fourth floor to enter the guest room. The fourth floor is a flat ground with a racecourse, which is like a maze, but Very interesting

This is my first time staying in a youth hostel, and the environment exceeded my expectations. There is air conditioning and WiFi. The beds are soft and the environment is hygienic. However, there is a bathroom in the room, and the bathroom space is small. If you are fatter, it may not be so convenient to use. The public area has convenient supporting facilities such as projector/refrigerator/electric kettle/electric ceramic stove/range hood/faucet. It seems that you can bring a pot for cooking. MMichael V.2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

From the beginning of the reservation, there are warm notes, such as room location, environment requirements, check-in requirements, etc. What surprised me even more was that after checking in, the service staff actually sent us two pairs of children's slippers, fruit snacks and biscuits, and the breakfast was rich in variety and nutrition. The quality is reflected in the details. The family and children are happy. Everything inside is very clean, the environment is beautiful, the fragrance is fresh, and the service ladies are cheerful and full of love. GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the Grand Bazaar and Hotan Second Street. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration is simple and fashionable. I like the style. It is also very clean. The hotel is equipped with a gym and laundry room. The facilities are complete. The windows You can enjoy the scenery outdoors, and when winter comes you can see the snow-capped mountains.
The airport pick-up service is really attentive, the Mercedes-Benz business airport pick-up was well arranged hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. For friends who come from afar, this service is really touching and convenient. I give the boss a thumbs up 👍
Maybe because the hotel is newly opened, the rooms have the smell of newly renovated rooms. If the smell can be dissipated more, it will probably be an excellent choice next time~

Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance
Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby
Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night
One of my wash sinks was clogged
The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world
Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

GGuest UserThe hotel certainly had a nice reception area. The rooms were large and the best thing were definitely the amenities. The reception staff did not speak English but they used a translations app without issues. The bed was comfy and the views were nice. I would recommend this place to any foreign travellers.

GGuest UserI like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.

Aac5295Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room
and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

Ttnx123456789This hotel is a very unique store. The banquet hall on the first floor is very large and grand. There are many foreigners. The rooms are very clean. The service staff are very friendly and speak foreign languages well. There is also a large shopping market in the hotel yard. The barbecue in the food city next to it is very delicious. A hotel worth recommending!
