Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Grand View Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. We were given a lovely room with a great view, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with high-quality toiletries and a spacious shower. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to the main attractions but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, everything was well-organized, and we had a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is centrally located in Urumqi but unfortunately the road right outside in front the hotel is under some construction that make the hotel surrounding a bit untidy. However the hotel staffs are great. Especially, Mr Liu Ruoxuan (刘若玄) who was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me to contact the trip.com staff to communicate with them when my booking on trip.com have a discrepancy with the booking information that the hotel system recorded. Issue resolved with the help from Mr Liu and successfully checked into the room that i have booked without further events.

There is a slightly unpleasant smell in the room, the smell of the whole room, my head hurts. Also the mattress on the bed is hard, you can't sleep well. Overall the price and quality are normal. You can spend the night. They ask questions at the reception, where you came from, where you were. They shouldn't be interested in this. Rating 5 out of 10.

This hotel is located at a T-junction, single 2-way lane and a one way lane. The surrounding is not impressive but convenient to get local food and drinks (beer especially) and go around. The room is spacious enough and the clean bed linen gives us a good night sleep. Breakfast is typically Chinese style, soya bean drinks, porridge, boiled eggs and cooked food. No bread and coffee is provided. Nevertheless we stayed there for 10 nights.

The welcome dried fruit was excellent, individually wrapped in a bag, which was lovely. Facilities: ok. Cleanliness: excellent. Service: very good. My first time staying at a Home Inn. The location was great, I loved it. I stayed another day the next day. I loved the breakfast; there was a wide variety of light flavors. I loved it. I really like this fork and spoon. I'm planning to ask if they sell them, haha.

The front desk upgraded the room for free, and you can see the city and Tianshan Mountain. The location is close to the subway station. It happened to be a thunderstorm at night, but I didn't bring an umbrella, so I rushed back to the hotel directly from the subway station in 1 minute. The breakfast was also good.

In the hotel I stayed in this time, I was able to see the magnificence of the Tianshan Mountains. The towering peaks are more solemn under the sunlight, and the clouds and mist add a bit of mystery. The guest rooms are clean and new, and all kinds of facilities are complete and advanced: soft and comfortable mattresses are matched with modern bathing facilities, and every detail shows quality and craftsmanship. At nightfall, a bowl of warm and sweet porridge accompanied by exquisite side dishes warms people's hearts. The whole stay is full of joy. The service attitude of the staff is very thoughtful. Whether it is the warm greetings or the timely help, it makes people feel the warmth of home. Their professionalism and dedication are admirable. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to them, and look forward to visiting this place again in the future to relive this wonderful memory. This stay was truly wonderful! The hotel is incredibly clean, from the lobby to the rooms, spotlessly clean. The attention to detail is evident, making it a truly comfortable stay. The service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, responsive to every request, and incredibly friendly. What touched me most was that I realized I had left my watch in the room after checking out. After contacting the hotel, Gu Zaili quickly found it and meticulously stored it for me and arranged for it to be returned. The communication was smooth and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They were truly trustworthy! This clean and responsible hotel deserves a full rating and I'll definitely stay here again!

Watt, the night manager, is the consummate professional. I don’t know how you managed to steal him from the Ritz-Carlton. He handled a few tricky situations with noisy neighbors and even arranged a room change for me once—probably because I was complaining too much. Thank you Watt, see you soon.

Just a night's stay before a flight, but easily accessible from airport, bus & train stations, and close to good restaurants. Clean, comfortable room with good shower. Warm welcome, easy check in & check out.
