Satisfied, the accommodation experience is amazing, all thanks to Manager Fang, and I have to praise his service! When booking the hotel, I mentioned that my schedule was tight and I hoped to check in as soon as possible. The room was arranged for me in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I was exhausted and was directly guided to the room without waiting. This efficiency and thoughtfulness instantly dispelled the fatigue along the way. During the stay, Manager Fang took great care of me. The hotel is in a great location, with the subway just outside, very convenient!

2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

On October 5, 2024, I stayed at the Urumqi Wild Horse Silk Road Station Cultural Theme Salon. The single room was clean and hygienic, and the items were complete. The escalator outside the window could directly reach the scenic area (the elevator was under renovation, and I accidentally took the stairs and found that I didn't need to walk more). The cleaning staff was serious and responsible. On October 6, the breakfast restaurant moved. It was originally on the 3rd floor, but now it has moved to the first floor. It is much larger and more romantic than before. Now a toaster has been added. I really want to know when the coffee machine will be online. Finally, I want to praise two staff members. Wen Yue, the sunny and handsome receptionist at the front desk, and the other is a parking lot staff member. I forgot to look at the work card. They are enthusiastic at work. Thank you!

We had a very good stay ! The room is clean and nice. There is a common room with a table , chairs, hot water, a fridge, a microwave, a washing machine and a dryer. The staff is very nice. We arrived at 7 am and they allowed us to do an early check in so we got some rest in the room. The day we were leaving we stayed in the common rooms waiting our train after leaving the room.

The front desk service attitude is very good: the room is clean and sanitary: the environment is very good: the facilities and equipment are complete, and they also helped us to delay check-out until 18:00 in the afternoon

The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, dry and wet separation, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, etc. are all very useful, and the front desk upgraded the room type for free. It is also very convenient to travel. Xiaoxigou subway station is 300 meters downstairs. I drove to Xinjiang with my friends and stayed for two days. It was very comfortable. I highly recommend it

After comparing several nearby guesthouses and hotels, I finally chose this one. I was a little skeptical at first after reading the reviews, but I still stayed at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff did not have a bad service attitude as described in online reviews. On the contrary, everyone was very friendly and enthusiastic. I guess this is probably because people are different. After all, how you treat others is how others will treat you. The room was much cleaner than other small hotels. It was a bit cold when I first entered the room, and the staff helped me adjust the air conditioner in time. When I checked out, I was still in the hospital and didn't have time to go back. The front desk helped to delay my check-in for half an hour free of charge, so I am very grateful. All in all, it's worth staying!

The location is good, with the subway station and bus stop right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. Ever since I stayed at the Orange Hotel in Guizhou, I had a very good impression, so I chose it this time in Urumqi: the room structure is reasonable and convenient, the toiletries are also good, and the use of facilities can be easily done by just calling Xiaodu; I also like the laundry room in the public area, which solves a big problem for travelers; the hotel front desk service is also very good, the ladies and brothers are very polite, generally speaking, Orange is a hotel that is very worth recommending. However, I feel that the room was not cleaned thoroughly this time, so I'd like to pay attention to it. In addition, it would be great if the hotel room rate could be a little cheaper 😀.

This place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

The hotel is clean and hygienic. The location is convenient. There are shopping malls, supermarkets and subways when you go out. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on, and the sound insulation is not bad. The only dissatisfaction is that when I checked in, I originally said that I would get a cup of raw coconut latte. But when I checked in at night, the reception staff didn't mention it at all. I ordered a glass of coconut water when I went to the room. It turned out that the place where it was made was in the lobby on the first floor. The next morning, I went to ask for the raw coconut latte, and was told that I would not go to work until 12 noon. Anyway, I didn't have the chance to drink it.
