This hotel is newly opened, with comfortable decoration and complete facilities. The mattress is very comfortable and the hygiene is excellent. Most importantly, it is very close to the airport and the owner provides free airport pick-up, which is very convenient for me. The lady at the front desk was beautiful and enthusiastic and introduced me to many places to eat, drink and play. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance. I strongly recommend everyone to come and experience it!

My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Service: The front desk staff are very friendly I was catching the high-speed train at 5 o'clock and needed to check out at 2 o'clock. After asking the staff, the front desk guy was very friendly and helped me extend my time by 1.5 hours for free. I am really grateful~ I will choose again next time~

I have stayed in hotels with airport shuttle services before. Although they are not international hotels like the Vienna Hotel, the service attitude is very good. However, I was very disappointed with this hotel this time. The front desk clearly registered that my flight was leaving in the morning, but no one called me in the morning, there was no wake-up service, and no one called me to remind me when the airport car left. According to the front desk, whether I can catch the plane is my own business and has nothing to do with them. I was speechless... Then why would I spend so much money to stay in a hotel with airport shuttle service?

I absolutely must commend the front desk service! From the warm 'Welcome!' we received upon entering to the cheerful 'Have a safe journey!' as we checked out, every single staff member was incredibly friendly, always smiling and proactively greeting guests. This created a truly delightful and welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Feng at the front desk!
