I am very satisfied. The lady at the front desk is very easy to get along with. There is no peculiar smell in the hotel room. The room is also very large. It is perfect for staying with my best friend. The hotel is very safe.

New hotel, very comfortable, the restaurant provides free porridge in the evening, sometimes if you miss the meal, you can go down to make up. There are many good books in the library area on the first floor, you can stay for an afternoon.

The welcome dried fruit was excellent, individually wrapped in a bag, which was lovely. Facilities: ok. Cleanliness: excellent. Service: very good. My first time staying at a Home Inn. The location was great, I loved it. I stayed another day the next day. I loved the breakfast; there was a wide variety of light flavors. I loved it. I really like this fork and spoon. I'm planning to ask if they sell them, haha.

Watt, the night manager, is the consummate professional. I don’t know how you managed to steal him from the Ritz-Carlton. He handled a few tricky situations with noisy neighbors and even arranged a room change for me once—probably because I was complaining too much. Thank you Watt, see you soon.

The front desk upgraded the room for free, and you can see the city and Tianshan Mountain. The location is close to the subway station. It happened to be a thunderstorm at night, but I didn't bring an umbrella, so I rushed back to the hotel directly from the subway station in 1 minute. The breakfast was also good.

Just a night's stay before a flight, but easily accessible from airport, bus & train stations, and close to good restaurants. Clean, comfortable room with good shower. Warm welcome, easy check in & check out.

The hotel is relatively new, in line with the overall positioning of Vienna, and it is also considered to be one of the best hotels in Vienna in terms of details. Free mineral water, snacks, and some self-supply slippers are placed at the elevator entrance on the floor of the room, which is a small highlight. The room type was upgraded, and you can see Bogda Peak from a distance. It would be better if the breakfast was richer. I stayed for three days, and maybe the taste was narrow, and the breakfast was almost the same for three consecutive days!

The front desk service attitude is very good: the room is clean and sanitary: the environment is very good: the facilities and equipment are complete, and they also helped us to delay check-out until 18:00 in the afternoon

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

The hotel facilities are relatively new. The industrial design style in the lobby makes people feel very relaxed. The design in the room is simple and elegant, and all basic equipment is available. It is commendable that the hotel owner should be a fastidious person, and it can be seen that the hotel has specially hired someone to do Feng Shui. The room hygiene, the surrounding environment of the hotel, and the services are basically impeccable. If there are any leftovers, it can be considered a relatively timely notification. As a hotel in this price range, it is quite satisfactory for business trips. If I insist on saying that I am dissatisfied, there are two shortcomings. One was that I arrived at the hotel very late on the first night. I had just gone upstairs to see my friend off and wanted to go upstairs. The front desk insisted on calling the room. You are not supposed to call guests' rooms in the early hours of the morning. If necessary, I would call the front desk to help my friend clear the elevator. It was okay to call, but there was no phone in the room. It was a button embedded in the wall. Even if I hung up, I couldn't press it. The beeping sound of disconnection resounded throughout the room. The waitress couldn't figure it out when she came up, so she finally tried to change the room, but the sound could still be heard in the next room, so I suggested that she cover it with a towel or something so that she could rest tonight. I could tell that the young lady was embarrassed, so she took some drinks and snacks from the minibar to apologize to us. But I asked her to make a new room card and send it over. I don’t know if she didn’t understand. She told me to get the electricity card. If she couldn’t swipe the room card after dinner the next morning, she would have to go downstairs and make it again. It's very unprofessional not to give you a new room card. The girl on the day shift made the room card and asked me to write a good review, but she didn't mention it when it was time to hand over the shift. There was no record or note about the faults in my room. If I were a guest who complained and made trouble, wouldn't she take the initiative to write a negative review to me 😂 I’ve written a lot about the second shortcoming, so let’s make it short. There are not many choices for breakfast. There is a problem with the circulation design of the restaurant. There is no one direction for the flow of people. It always feels like you have to bump into others when taking things. It feels weird to turn left or right. Don’t Work hard.
