Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Grand View Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. We were given a lovely room with a great view, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with high-quality toiletries and a spacious shower. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to the main attractions but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, everything was well-organized, and we had a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

I saw some bad reviews online and was a little worried, but after arriving, I found that my worries were unnecessary. The room was very clean and the shower water was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the check-out procedure was also very fast.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

The hotel is centrally located in Urumqi but unfortunately the road right outside in front the hotel is under some construction that make the hotel surrounding a bit untidy. However the hotel staffs are great. Especially, Mr Liu Ruoxuan (刘若玄) who was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me to contact the trip.com staff to communicate with them when my booking on trip.com have a discrepancy with the booking information that the hotel system recorded. Issue resolved with the help from Mr Liu and successfully checked into the room that i have booked without further events.

In the hotel I stayed in this time, I was able to see the magnificence of the Tianshan Mountains. The towering peaks are more solemn under the sunlight, and the clouds and mist add a bit of mystery. The guest rooms are clean and new, and all kinds of facilities are complete and advanced: soft and comfortable mattresses are matched with modern bathing facilities, and every detail shows quality and craftsmanship. At nightfall, a bowl of warm and sweet porridge accompanied by exquisite side dishes warms people's hearts. The whole stay is full of joy. The service attitude of the staff is very thoughtful. Whether it is the warm greetings or the timely help, it makes people feel the warmth of home. Their professionalism and dedication are admirable. From check-in to check-out, the whole process is very satisfactory! The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities, making it easy to travel. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the bed is very comfortable, so I slept very well. The service is particularly good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and any needs can be solved quickly. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with many varieties to meet different tastes. This time I chose 7 Days Inn, which was generally ok. The surrounding transportation is convenient, there is a bus stop just a few steps away, and travel is very convenient. The front desk check-in was fast, the staff were friendly and answered all questions. The room looks fresh and clean. Although the facilities are simple, it is comfortable and safe to live in. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and is fully equipped with daily toiletries. The price is affordable and the cost performance is very high. It is quite close to Tianshan Vanke. You can buy a lot of Xinjiang-style bags and clothes. I like it very much.

This is the happiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I entered the door, the lovely little beauty Kaili at the front desk (I quietly asked others to find out her name 😂), her healing smile helped me check in quickly, and someone helped me with my luggage. When I got to the room, I was really amazed. I have stayed in hotels so many times, but this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. The bed was just like a painting. I didn't even dare to sit on it 😂. I was still intoxicated when the phone rang. It was the front desk asking me if I was satisfied with the room after checking in and if I needed any help. Finally, she reminded me that the hotel has a self-service laundry room and they could take me there at any time if I needed it. They also left their phone number... I am really satisfied with this service. I am so excited that I finished writing this, but I always feel that the praise is not enough 😅. In short, I will choose to stay here next time 👍
