This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

It was great to stay in this hotel when I came to Urumqi for business. The service attitude of the front desk was very good. When I was resting in the lobby bar, the waiter also enthusiastically poured me a cup of free black tea. It really felt like home. The room was large and super clean. It was very comfortable to stay. The receptionist was really kind, he gave us a late checkout, knowing that we had a late flight that evening. The room size and amenities in the room were great, and the location was pretty central as well. Too bad we didn't get to use the hotel pool. We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

While the location was a little far from the main attractions, we loved our stay at the Feshe Hotel! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Equipped with a foot massager and Japanese toilet, the room had that extra touch of luxury. The decoration of the room and lobby was also exquisite. The breakfast was a Chinese breakfast.
