We came here for training and wanted to save time, so we booked a hotel at the training site. As a hotelier, I want to share some suggestions and things that deserve recognition. There is a handsome guy in charge of pastries in the lunch area on the first floor. I felt very good and enthusiastic for lunch for two consecutive days. 2. The handsome guy who received us in the lobby to check in was very professional and helped us with our luggage. We came early and upgraded our room type for free. 3. In the guest room area, I felt that every big sister did a good job in service, and her words were also very professional and enthusiastic. 4. Breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the fruits are also very fresh. 5. The currency in the room is fully equipped with Roland Four Seasons, from nursing bags to sewing kits. 6. The robot is very cute and convenient. 7. Tea table, tea set, and a night view by the window are very healing. Things that are not so good: 1. The night shift lobby service staff are not familiar with the places to eat, drink and have fun around the hotel. 2. Maybe the hotel staff is more critical of hygiene. There are black glue stains on the toilet lid, and there is floating dust on the table lamp and TV cabinet. But it does not affect it. I personally think it is qualified and can be sold. 3. You need to go to the first floor to take the elevator from the guest room to the conference room. 4. The room on the 9th floor is too hot. We called the front desk twice. The first time at noon, the front desk told me to turn off the air conditioner and there was no cooling. Helplessly, we rested with the door open. After turning off the air conditioner at noon, we returned to the room at night and it was still stuffy. I called again. The reason explained by the front desk was very acceptable to me, and they said they could help us change rooms. We also understood that changing rooms would increase the cost of a single room for the hotel, and we didn’t want to toss and turn, so we just slept. Tip the person in charge of the hotel’s front office department to train employees whether they can prepare a non-sunny side for guests who are afraid of heat. In fact, it is hard to imagine that you will experience the heat of summer in spring Total value, it can meet my expectations. I didn’t have too much expectations before coming, so I was not particularly disappointed. I wish the hotel will get better and better.
