首先到酒店前台辦理入住，硬是讓我等了很久，前台就在那裡和我前面辦入住的一個女士有一句沒一句的，明明看到我在等，根本不着急。看的出來，前台工作沒有標準流程，是想到什麼就給那個女士説什麼。好不容易到我了，因為我説了一句話，前台又説忘了收前面女士的錢，我真的醉了。到了房間後，因為累了一天真的不想折騰了，房間牆壁很臟，衞生不能細看，不然你真的沒辦法住了。好不容易睡著了，門口那個吵啊，可以説一點都不隔音。真的是讓人太難受了，天亮後準備退房，無意間發現床單下面有頭髮，結果掀起來看，不是一點頭髮，是有很多毛髮（因為除了頭髮、還有人的**毛髮），頭髮就算了，**毛髮讓我很噁心，原來我睡了一晚上的床是這個樣子。洗漱間台盆下面都發黴了。是相信攜程才訂的，所以拜託攜程對上線的酒店品質能不能監管一下？讓消費者最起碼住的乾淨吧。

這個酒店是一個很人性化的酒店，服務真的很不錯，衞生很乾凈，很温馨，最重要的是帶洗衣房，剛走到門口就有保安幫忙拿行李箱，走進去，進聽到一句很美的問好，前台小姐姐很是温柔。下次還會再來。
