味重 很重的味， 保潔阿姨説好幾天沒人住了 有味很正常……真無語了. 後來換的房間衞生間味很重 到處都是頭髮 看了保潔阿姨打掃房間 他們衹給我們收垃圾 換浴巾啥的 根本不給我們掃地 所以我們入住的時候那些洗漱台 床邊 桌子上有好多小垃圾 洗澡的時候水沖掉的那個口很重的餿味. 低頭看下全是垃圾 全是頭髮 都堵住了保潔阿姨還不好好打掃 .勸酒店換下保潔阿姨找個勤快的 不要那些裝模作樣辦事兒的 衞生這一塊真的有待提高 房間味太重了. 受不了

國慶去的，放在手機裏一直沒刪的照片。服務員給了一間沒打掃的房子。進去一看亂糟糟的，給服務員打電話，他還質疑了下我。後來協調幫我換了件房子，房子裏面能感覺到有一些灰，空間還算大。路途遙遠，湊個住

衞生：衞生不行，一次性拖鞋裡有蟲子乾屍，枕頭與被子上肉眼可見的東西扣都扣不掉。
Wi-Fi信號不好，外出回到房間都是一股發黴的味道！不值這個價位
好像除了房間大沒有別的優勢了

房間的空調很不行，開到16度，都還沒自己家裡24度涼快，很熱..
其他還行，樓下吃的也挺方便，靠近地鐵站也不遠。

24凌晨四點回到酒店，酒店前台在接電話。我選擇了酒店商品，（兩瓶飲料）拿出房卡告知他房號，前台不理，走到電梯門口又喊我，態度極其惡略，問拿了什麼東西。總之態度極其惡劣。

房間差的要死，入住一股味道也就算了，旅遊旺季，想賺錢可以理解，桌子上有油，我自己擦，將就一下也可以，但是服務態度真的很差，我續房不給換床單被套，説什麼用完了，行，我也可以理解，在我們毫不知情的情況下給我們退房，不讓我們續房，説房間滿了，一點都不問顧客的要求，反正就是給你退了，然後按金半天不給退，説什麼查完房間主動退，到現在沒收到，我就被迫退房去了旁邊的酒店，然後説公安系統都沒有退，我打電話問，人家直接一句儘量吧，什麼破態度，真的服氣了，要不是想離家近，誰住着個破酒店。****生氣了。
