爛的一塌糊塗，樓下大排檔非常吵。 房間異味很大，煙味很重，尤其一開空調臭腳味和煙味混在一起，噁心的要命。聯繫酒店前台，換房間，結果每間雙床都是異味大的要命。前台工作人員強調，因為我們定的是普通雙床是封窗的房型，所以味道很大。封不封窗是你們的事情，我們顧客要求是沒有異味乾淨整潔就行。不開門通風，保潔處理不到位，是你們酒店的事情。 連續換了六七間房，都不滿足條件，補了20元升級高級雙床房，一進房間發現床鋪被人使用過，有明顯痕跡如圖3，又換了兩次，才勉強有一件能住。 淋浴間也沒有消毒到位，尿騷味很重，非常臟。 後續補償是什麼，多一份早餐，一人一個麪包一個雞蛋一袋牛奶就把我們打發了。態度也不好，環境又差，樓下就是大排檔，吵的很。

酒店內有停車位，對於自駕的朋友很友好，酒店的服務設施也非常完整，保潔阿姨打掃的也很乾凈。酒店樓下就有便利店，餐廳、特產店等，酒店位置離各個景點也都很近。美中不足的是我們第一天入住的一個叫小熱的前台，整個人就是懵圈的狀態，問一句答一句，問酒店停車是否免費，衹説是，並沒有告訴我們出去要在前台登記車牌號才能免費出去、還是問了第二天的前台才知道，不知道這個前台是不是新來的，業務這麼不熟練、服務態度也並不是很禮貌。其他的前台人員態度都ok。
