The room is very cozy, and it smells delicious as soon as you enter. The ladies at the front desk are very nice, actively solving problems and providing free room upgrade services. The front desk service is unmatched in Urumqi. It was over 20 degrees below zero on the day of check-in, and the heating in the entire area was not good. The air conditioner was frozen. I told the front desk and the repairman came up to solve the problem in two minutes. He also gave me an extra quilt. I forgot to print the admission ticket for the exam the next day, and the front desk also provided free printing services. If you stay in a hotel, you have to stay at Zhefei, it feels like home!
