這家酒店的服務質量堪稱一流，從前台到客房，每一位員工都展現出熱情而專業的態度，讓人感受到賓至如歸的温馨。環境方面，酒店設計雅緻，綠植點綴其間，營造出寧靜而舒適的氛圍。公共區域寬敞明亮，清潔度令人贊歎，為賓客提供了一個愉悦的下榻空間。前台的小努姐姐服務特別好！還加微信及時的服務客人，冬至還送來了餃子，出去玩一直住的星程，挺推薦大家住的！因為住酒店休息，所以沒有拍照，洗澡的時候還有音樂，水壓還行！

通常都是習慣性好評，但是這次不行，定的雙床房，房間從裏面不能上鎖，鎖是壞的，換了一間還是一樣，施工的時候就有問題，經理來了説沒有房卡打不開門，我是不能接受從裏面不能上鎖的門，讓我退了訂單，重新定個其他房型，將近晚上十一點鐘，沒時間跟他理論，我又定的零壓雙床房，房間供應四瓶水，其中一瓶是打開過的，衹喝了一口的樣子，沒注意很容易看不出來，第二天中午一點半左右從外面回來，問前台幾點退房，前台説兩點，還問我是不是兩點要退房，我説是的，我上樓收拾東西，房卡打不開門，沒有到退房時間，房卡卻打不開門？？？因為門鎖的問題樓上樓下折騰幾次？攜程十幾年的用户，第一次沒有給好評，不是前台幾個笑臉就是服務好，這酒店在管理上有很大問題！

在貴酒店度過了一晚上，但是對服務和環境非常不滿意。我們的房間標間，進入房間很冷，讓我們難以入睡，開空調不能制熱還是吹的冷風。洗手間的清潔程度還行，但是不提供一次性洗漱用品你敢信給？？？刷牙洗臉，洗頭膏，沐浴露不知道什麼品牌不敢用，我們詢問前台房間中央空調衹能製冷，他們也沒有提供其他解決方式。考慮到一家人寒冷到無法安心入睡，我們對酒店的服務不滿意。我們希望您能解決這個問題，並給我們提供一個更好的住宿環境。
