酒店開時間長，不過，住過後還是挺舒適了，服務態度很好，衞生不錯雖地毯有些陳舊，但不影響，畢竟時間開挺長了。早晨打掃生怕我沒水喝了，給我送水，感謝！大廳接待和門衞都很一樣的態度超好。

在米東區算是比較好一點的酒店吧，除了地毯上有很多臟污劑，冰箱需要搬出來插點才可以冷凍飲品。 還算是比較安靜的酒店，就是早餐衹有中式的。

房間環境衞生還可以，就是前台服務太差，我是連住了五六次吧，每次去前台服務員態度極差，説話都不抬頭看客人，低着頭拉着臉，説話還硬氣的不行，好像我是沒掏錢住酒店的😡，這一點很讓我惱火，而且最大的問題是房間裏面竟然沒有空調，問前台服務員她們問支支吾吾説不知道是好是壞，烏魯木齊夏天温度高達35℃以上，沒空調怎麼睡覺，夏天我我去住了兩次，2022年7月份一次，2023年6月份一次，每次去都是同樣的問題😓早餐還可以，味道很好吃

房間乾淨舒適，服務員熱情 ，早餐比較豐富，晚飯比較便宜實惠。我住15層洗澡水不太熱，但我住6層的同事説水不錯，也許15層不行。上網比較麻煩，每次都要認證。建議把上網的方法放到服務手冊裏，不然還要找服務員幫忙。而服務員有的也不知道如何上網。

房間很大，洗漱這些全是分開的，早餐很有新疆特色，有椒麻雞，自製酸奶，庫爾勒香梨等。整體服務在西部城市還算不錯。衹是餐廳廚師大媽勸導不讓客人（老年團）拿走食物的語氣態度可以再委婉些。哈哈雖然我衹是旁觀者。

地理位置有點兒偏，還能接受，酒店前台接待非常好，設施一般，退房的時候發生點小插曲，可能晚上沒來燈起床喝水不小心灑地毯上了，由於是茶水留下了痕跡，客房服務員竟然要求賠償，説是新地毯意思要是舊地毯就沒事了，關鍵是還問我在自己家也往地毯上灑水嗎？無語了
