The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning.
Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming.
As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists.

We had a another great stay at the Universal again! It was a wonderful way to finish our Xinjiang trip. If we come again, the Universal will be pur first choice!

The room is well-equipped, clean and sanitary. We were also given a Chaoyang room. Ma Baoming at the front desk gave a very comprehensive introduction. The waiters in the breakfast restaurant were attentive and enthusiastic.

The hotel is very clean and the room is very big. This is my third stay. The staff is very considerate and the service is very thoughtful. They also upgraded the room. It is really beautiful to watch the snow from the large French window. The hotel staff contacted me as soon as I left my power bank. I am especially grateful to Fang Yao. Hehe, you can also set off fireworks downstairs in the hotel. It is perfect.
