Amber & Mr. Ma is great asset to the hotel as they are friendly & helpful who offer assistance in our needs. Thank you to both of them. They made our stay in your hotel very pleasantly.
There is a nearby eatery at the hotel Hotan Rosa .. highly recommended... Hand Grab Rice..
The room is clean and comfortable to stay in.
The location is very near to those people who wants to take the train at the Urumqi Railway Station.
We unable to have the breakfast as we have early tour to catch. So the hotel assist us to arrange prepack breakfast for us to bring out in the morning.

If you are a first time traveler in Urumqi and don’t have a car, staying at this hotel will be challenging. The location is not that near to the railway station as the name might lead you to believe. The staff, although willing to help, didn’t really speak much English, making the interactions very hard. Room was very clean and spacious. No fridge and the safety box did not work when I tried to use it. Internet was poor.

Breakfast starts 8:30 am unless there are tour groups in the hotel. Room wasn't completely clean especially bedding not set properly. Staff are friendly but don't speak much English. Location is good if you want to travel via train. Take 30 minutes to go to downtown.

Very quiet room near high speed train station and airport. Great breakfast! Not many eating places near hotel but short 5-minute DiDi ride to Wanda mall. Strongly recommended! 👍👍

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink,
From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry.
The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.
