Hanting Hotel (Urumqi Xiaoxigou)

Arriving in the evening, I couldn't find the hotel entrance. I called the hotel security, who came out to pick me up. Only then did I see the entrance was on the second floor, off to the side, because it was blocked by a fence. The hotel facilities are quite old. I'd read reviews saying it was newly renovated, but I couldn't tell. The wall and bathroom tiles were cracked, giving it no sign of a new renovation. The entrance to the hotel parking lot is at the corner of the intersection. It's very small and doesn't have electronic identification. There's no one at the door, so I had to go up and call for someone to open it, which was very inconvenient. The next day, the hotel staff said I could open it by calling the number written on the parking lot. However, no guests knew it was a phone number, and the hotel didn't indicate "call this number to open the parking lot." You either need to use an electronic device or have someone on duty. The parking entrance is so small, and there's a block. My SUV hit the block as I was leaving, as it was too high. Breakfast ends at 10:00, and when I arrived at 9:30, it was almost empty. The porridge, milk, eggs, and cold dishes were all gone. I didn't see any staff refilling the items. The hotel staff were also eating breakfast together, so I wonder what the guests who arrived later would have. I'm afraid they'd run out of bread. This is definitely not the service you should get from a hotel that costs more than 300 yuan a night. The price/performance ratio is extremely low.

There was no water when I woke up in the morning. I couldn't take a shower and the bath water wouldn't run.

The room was extremely ugly. I didn't sleep well all night. It must be the sewer odor! Other facilities were good.
