衞生間有小蟲子，之前在床上還看見過，第一天入住，也沒有放一次性香皂，也沒有提供衞生紙，還是我自己要的，除了，床還可以，其他都不行，暖氣也不暖和。

房間很大，忘記拍室內照片了，有窗還可以看到雪山，定的大床房，裏面有沙發，大茶几，還有洗衣機，寬得就像公寓一樣，非常好

這個入住體驗無語死了，毛巾碗大一個洞，枕套好像是之前擦過皮鞋，牙刷都是廉價的還有殘次品，牙齦刷出血了，水龍頭水壓明顯不足，一會沒水了，過一會忽然水流大了，晚上喝酒回去的晚，直接睡覺了，早上看到這一幕感覺對不起四百多的房價

房間設施老舊，衞生間、牆壁、沙發全是臟污，洗澡是熱水器，水忽大忽小，停車收費，賣330是梁靜茹給的勇氣嗎？

房間冷，空調一直開30度但沒用，一晚上沒睡好，好像沒熱水，早上洗漱放了15分鐘都是涼的，沒辦法自己燒了點熱水刷牙，無語了。

衞生間水龍頭熱水忽冷忽熱，水流忽大忽小！衞生間嚴重積水（旁邊放置掃把，説明酒店方是知道的）拖鞋沒有乾濕分開，導致一次性拖鞋進水後在房間地磚上滑倒，因為我本人年輕，沒有造成大的傷害！還有就是房間配備的椅子底部是滑輪的，一坐下去椅子會後退容易導致摔倒！我把以上問題反應給前台，但是直到退房之前都沒有得到酒店方的回覆入住體驗感極差，安全隱患非常大
