The hygiene of the room is average. There are hairs from previous guests on the bed, under the pillows, and on the back of the bed. The sewer in the bathroom is blocked and drainage is slow. The hygiene of the bathroom towels is also average. There are a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room.
During the Spring Festival, hotel catering was suspended, and the hotel or Ctrip did not inform guests in advance. As a result, the two-day breakfast for points redemption was not resolved.
