At midnight, the front desk was empty. Several security guards were sleeping on the sofa. When they saw the customers coming, the security guards looked up and went to sleep. The next morning we called the hotel to check out, but there was no handover between the morning shift (presumably night shift) and day shift staff. The day shift staff called in the afternoon to continue asking whether to check out. It's close to the airport, so you can sleep and get on the plane in the morning. The facilities are old and not worth the price. It's really expensive.

The All Seasons Hotel is a safe choice. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is no odor, and the shower room is large and comfortable. I was transiting in Kashgar and the free shuttle bus was super convenient. The front desk lady and the driver were very nice and warm. I will choose All Seasons again next time
